Mr. Nabeel Javed - Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Nabeel Javed, an officer of Pakistan Administrative Service,  belongs to 25th Common and held various important posts during his illustrious career such as Director General Lahore Development Authority (LDA), Secretary Industries, Commerce & Investment, District Coordination Officer Rahim Yar Khan, Director General Local Government & Community, District Coordination Officer Nankana Sahib, Additional Secretary (Home Department) Government of the Punjab, Deputy Secretary (Cabinet) and Assistant Commissioner & Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Islamabad Capital Territory (ICT).

Mr. Nabeel Javed holds Master’s Degree in Public Administration: Program in Economic Policy Management from School of International & Public Affairs, Columbia University, New York, USA. He also holds Master’s Degree in Economics and Public Policy from Korea Development Institute, School of Public Policy and Management, Seoul, Republic of Korea.

Mr. Hyder-e- Karar is a seasoned international executive in Finance & Audit with 20 years of experience in reputed companies that are part of Fortune 100 & Forbes. He is a qualified Accountant and holds various business, finance, audit and forensic qualifications from institutes of international repute of Pakistan and USA.

Throughout his career, he held various senior positions such as Director Internal Audit, Finance Manager, Partner Advisory and Member of the Board’s Audit Committee in reputed organizations such as Unilever, CITISCAPE (UAE), Almarai (KSA) and SSGC. He has worked across a broad range of businesses including dairy, juice, beverages & food, construction, engineering and energy sector.

Dr. Tahir Majeed - Chief Technical Officer
Dr. Tahir Majeed is a qualified, results-focused and competent professional possessing expertise in management, engineering and research disciplines with over 26 years of international and local professional experience, mostly with companies engaged in water and waste water treatment & applications. He did his graduation in Chemical Engineering in 1987, followed by Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from University of the Punjab, Lahore, and obtained a Doctorate Degree from the University of Technology, Sydney (UTS).
He has successfully managed large teams of over 200 direct and indirect personnel. He has used his skills and potential with different organizations at various positions and provided exceptional/remarkable results and outcomes in the areas of strategic and operational planning and management, resource acquisition & utilization, contract administration & management, dispute resolution, engineering & project management, R&D, etc.
Dr. Tahir has worked on over 930 water and waste water treatment plants of various sizes, covering nearly all types of water and wastewater technologies.  He has also published a large number of research papers in various peer review journals alongside presenting numerous papers in different international conferences and workshops.

Mr. Ahmad Waheed Anwar - Chief Contracts Administration
Mr. Ahmad Waheed Anwar brings along a rich and versatile experience of over 30 years with various organizations of national and international/multi-national origins. He is a civil engineer, who graduated with honors from University of Engineering and Technology (UET) Lahore. He won a Norwegian scholarship and Post-Graduated in Structural Engineering/Construction Management from the Asian Institute of Technology, Thailand. He also holds an MBA Degree from IBA, University of the Punjab, with specialization in marketing.
He has served in companies like NESPAK, Warsila NSD, Dongfang Engineering, Voest Alpine Tech MCE, Voest Alpine Tech WABAG and DESCON Engineering in nuclear power, oil & gas, thermal power, wind power and infrastructure engineering sectors.
Mr. Zulfiqar - Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Zulfiqar is a qualified Chartered Accountant from Pakistan and CPA from Australia with 21 years of extensive experience in Finance & Accounts. Throughout his career, he held various positions such as GM Finance, CFO and Head Shared Services.
Mr. Zulfiqar has worked across a broad range of businesses including Construction, Engineering, Manufacturing, Packaging, Consultancy and Energy Sector such as DESCON Corporation, ASKAR Oil Services, Ibrahim / Husnain Cotex and HUHTAMAKI – Australia.

Mr. Hassan Rauf Magssi - General Manager Support & Services

Mr. Hassan Rauf Magsi holds a specialized degree in HR from Middlesex University, London and an MBA Degree from Premier College. He has Membership of CIPD-UK (Internationally Certified HR Professional) and CTF (Certified Trainer & Facilitator) from HR Academy, Lahore. He has worked with various organizations like Crescent Textile Mills (Pvt.) Ltd. Transworld Associates (Pvt.) Ltd, PEPSI Cola (Punjab Beverages), Warid Telecom, Sainsbury’s PLC London UK, PMCL– Mobilink and PIA with total exposure of 19 years in the field of HR & Administration.

Mr. Kashif Meer - Acting Chief Procurement Officer

Kashif Javade Mir has over 18 years’ experience as Procurement Professional with particular exposure in Import Management, Material Management, International Logistics and Procurement Management. Mr. Nadeem Nazar - General Manager-Strategic Management & Planning

Mr. Nadeem Nazar has joined PSPC-South as General Manager-Strategic Management & Planning. He is a Civil Engineer with post-graduate qualifications in Planning and Management of multidisciplinary international projects.
Mr. Nadeem Nazar has over 25 years’ experience in infrastructure, buildings, housing, marine works, airports, hydro-power and land-reclamation projects. He has worked with major international companies in the Middle East and Pakistan. He has held key positions in Strategy & Planning, Project Management and Monitoring & Evaluation.
